The Chilled Silkie starts with 100% arabica beans sourced from Sumatra, a region known for full-bodied, low-acid coffee with deep earthy character and a subtle smokiness that holds up beautifully through the cold brew process.
We brew it slow. 24 hours. No heat, no rush, no compromise.
What comes out is concentrated, dark, and clean in a way that hot-brewed coffee never quite achieves. Smooth enough to drink straight, bold enough to stand up over ice.

Another amazing flavor. So far there's only been 1 flavor out of like 10 that I wasn't super excited about. I'm so happy that I found this company as it's the only brand I have been drinking over the past 2 months. Yum!

Sitting on my front porch enjoying the November sunshine while I sip on a fresh brewed cup of Silkie Swirl. Was kinda worried that I wouldn't like it because cinnamon hasn't been a favorite flavor of mine recently BUT it's amazing with just the right amount of flavor
We found them at a local Lantern Boat Festival, and the coffee was amazing. They were super friendly, and I loved the Bourbon Pecan blend so much that I purchased a bag to gift. Look forward to trying more of their coffees! So happy to have found another local coffee company!

This is an awesome pumpkin flavor because there is NO spice just 🎃 pumpkin. Yum! Grinding some of the beans so my friend can make a pot of her own at home

For the perfect cup, use 2 tbsp per 6oz water. Best for pour-over, drip, or French press. Grind medium for balance and clarity.
