Ours begins with the families who cultivate coffee across Colombia's mountain landscapes. Rather than coming from a single estate, this lot represents generations of craftsmanship from coffee growing communities throughout Huila, Tolima, Cauca, Antioquia, Nariño, and neighboring regions.

Each harvest contributes to a coffee designed to showcase the classic Colombian profile the world has loved for generations. Clean, balanced, and beautifully consistent from season to season.

ORIGIN STORY

Coffee in Colombia is built on family farms.

Thousands of independent producers cultivate coffee across the country's volcanic mountains, each caring for their land using generations of knowledge. To help these small farms reach coffee drinkers around the world, regional cooperatives supported by Colombia's National Federation of Coffee Growers work alongside producers by providing quality control, milling, storage, and export support.

The result is a coffee that reflects both individual craftsmanship and the collective strength of Colombia's coffee growing tradition.

What does supremo mean?

Despite what many believe, Supremo is not a flavor grade.

It refers to the largest coffee beans produced in Colombia, selected using screen sizes 17 and 18 after milling. These larger beans roast more evenly, helping produce a remarkably consistent cup while preserving the smooth character Colombian coffee is known for.

That consistency has made Colombian Supremo one of the world's most respected specialty coffees for decades.

Every brew opens with aromas of sweet cocoa, delicate florals, and warm baking spice.

The first sip reveals creamy milk chocolate, toasted walnut, and caramel sweetness balanced by gentle citrus brightness. As the coffee cools, subtle hints of cedar and dried red fruit emerge, finishing with a clean, lightly nutty finish that lingers pleasantly.

Another amazing flavor. So far there's only been 1 flavor out of like 10 that I wasn't super excited about. I'm so happy that I found this company as it's the only brand I have been drinking over the past 2 months. Yum!

Sitting on my front porch enjoying the November sunshine while I sip on a fresh brewed cup of Silkie Swirl. Was kinda worried that I wouldn't like it because cinnamon hasn't been a favorite flavor of mine recently BUT it's amazing with just the right amount of flavor
